Welcome to our clean, budget-friendly one-bedroom apartment located in Wortley Village- one of London’s most charming neighbourhoods.
This is a simple, no-frills space — perfect for guests who value location, affordability, and cleanliness over luxury finishes.
Located in a century house, the apartment has easy main floor access with one parking spot.

We ask that you treat this residence the exact same way that you would want a guest to treat your own home :)
📍 Registered Guests
• All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
📍Pet Rules Policy
• You need to inform if your bringing a pet
• There is a pet fee of $75 per pet / stay
• A refundable pet fee deposit of $100 to be refunded after stay
• No aggressive breeds (including Pitbulls)
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment
📍No Smoking Policy
• Smoking will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 No Party Policy
• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners.
• Violations will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 Check Out
• Please check-out of your suite on time in order to avoid a late check-out fee.
📍 Damage / Missing items
• Any damages or missing items reported by the cleaning team after your stay will be charged accordingly.
📍Just to confirm that you’ve read over the house rules, please state “I’ve read your house rules` when making an inquiry or accomplishing an Instant Book.
