A house with three separate units and a shared common entrance. A long-term tenant lives in the basement unit and accesses her space through the same entryway.
The two guest units are located on the main and second floors, offering comfort, privacy, and convenience during your stay.

Welcome to your private suite within a larger home! While you`ll enter through the shared main entrance of the home, the apartment itself is fully private, offering a comfortable and self-contained space complete with a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and living room with sofa bed to sleep two.

Living room : Sofa Bed

This lovely century apartment contains 2 full bedrooms with two double beds as well as a living room with sofa bed.
Enter through the main entrance and travel upstairs to the second floor for access to your private apartment.
Inside, you will find two spacious bedrooms, a living room that sleeps 2 and a full bathroom.
Bedroom 1 : Double bed
Bedroom 2 with balcony : Double Bed
Living room : Sofa bed
Kitchen : The kitchen is located downstairs, and you’ll have exclusive access to use it privately during your stay.
While this is a private apartment, it is not “entirely” private due to the long term tenant and main floor Airbnb unit accessing their space via the main door.
All Airbnb guests do have their own private lock codes on every door which are changed at each turnover.
This rental is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown - several restaurants, shops, bars and live entertainment are at your fingertips!
Budweiser Gardens, Labatt Baseball Park, London Music Hall and the list goes on.

We ask that you treat this residence the exact same way that you would want a guest to treat your own home :)
📍 Registered Guests
• All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
📍Pet Rules Policy
• You need to inform if your bringing a pet
• There is a pet fee of $75 per pet / per stay
• A refundable pet fee deposit of $100 ( to be refunded after stay )
• No aggressive breeds (including Pitbulls)
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment
📍No Smoking Policy
• Smoking will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 No Party Policy
• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners.
• Violations will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 Check Out
• Please check-out of your suite on time in order to avoid a late check-out fee.
📍 Damage / Missing items
• Any damages or missing items reported by the cleaning team after your stay will be charged accordingly.
