About this apartment rental
Welcome! Our fully equipped 1 bed, 1 bath guest house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is the perfect medium-term rental for travelling nurses and working professionals.
Situated just off Highway 401, we're mere minutes from Victoria Hospital and a quick 10-min drive from downtown. Enjoy easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and GoodLife Fitness a minute's drive away. Nature enthusiasts will love the proximity to the trailhead for Westminster Pond Conservation Area, featuring 5 beautiful ponds and 10 km of scenic hiking trails-just moments away!
The space:
- This fully furnished unit is a detached garage transformed into a modern apartment with private entrance and ample parking.
- Full kitchen with dishwasher, stocked with cooking essentials.
- Brand-new stacked washer and dryer.
- Bedroom with queen bed and walk in closet. Sofa bed in the living room with memory foam mattress topper provided.
- Essentials included: linens, towels, blow dryer, clothing iron, toaster, coffee maker and more.
- Private patio at back of unit.
- Note: The space is not childproof.
Amenities:
- High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV.
- Air conditioning and heating.
- External security cameras.
Things to Note:
- Although the unit is fully private, we do live in the main house and share the driveway. The back patio is private and exclusively yours but access to the backyard is not included.
- We have an incredibly friendly (and quiet) golden retriever (Bo) who roams freely in our yard. He'll be sure to greet you with a wagging tail and big smile upon arrival and will likely become your best friend by the end of your stay.

I was playing in a tennis tournament in London with my doubles partner. We're both over 65. We stayed three nights. Tyler, the owner was a great host. The property was neat as a pin and extremely comfortable. He went out of his way to accommodate us including installing the TSN app on the TV so we could watch the Wimbeldon tennis. I highly recommend this property. Super value for the price. 10/10 - Gerry

I loved staying at this property. Jenny and Tyler were so amazing and helpful. The property was clean and comfortable. Super close to all the major restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be staying again if i come to London.
