The spacious bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two comfortable queen beds, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. In the living room, a queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space without sacrificing comfort or style. The well-appointed bathroom features elegant granite countertops, a walk-in shower, and tile flooring, creating a clean, modern retreat after a day at the beach.
Additional amenities enhance your stay, including smart TVs in the living room and bedroom for easy streaming and entertainment, a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops—perfect for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to full meals. Non-Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the building and on balconies; designated smoking areas are available.
Vehicle Restrictions: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or pets are allowed on the premises.
The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Very pleased with our stay. Room was as advertised, everything we needed and clean. Grounds are well maintained but could have used more attention with pool cleaning. Overall great stay. Can’t wait for next trip.

I searched for 3 weeks online for a place to stay and this place stood out with the raving reviews and location. It did not disappoint. Overall this was a great place to stay. Clean, easy to check in and check out. If we were to come back to Myrtle beach this is where we would stay. Only thing I want to make aware is parking was very difficult for a suv. Also if you want something within walking distance to food or treats this location is not for you. We however wanted to be away from the rush, so it worked for us.
