Other Things to Note:
You have to be at least 21 to book. Absolutely no parties are allowed at the suite. Only guests that are staying at the suite are allowed in the suite. You will find some basic supplies in the condo upon your arrival. We provide sheets and bath towels, but no pool/beach towels, so please bring your own....
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.
In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful view and clean room. Wish the AC was a little cooler and a ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been really nice. All in all we would stay again. We love the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is ocean front and provides spectacular views and is close enough to the ocean to hear the waves. There are parks, beachside walking paths and plenty of stores/restaurants close by for a car free, relaxing vacation. They have two Smart TVs so you can keep up with your programs too. Thank you!

Getting in the parking garage is no small feat. Attendant likely will not believe you that the parking passes are inside. Door frame is falling apart, as is seal. Half eaten bag of cheetos under one of the beds. Bedroom is actually open to living room area so absolutely no privacy in either room. Bathroom floors and trim are badly in need of maintenance and repair.
