With an extra-large bedroom, you'll instantly feel at ease once you experience the sunrise peeping through the bedroom's peek-a-boo window into the living room! This resort is loaded with fun and excitement, Indoor/Outdoor Bar with Indoor Seating, Poolside Bar, FULL Arcade, Guest Laundry facilities, Fitness Room, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Outdoor Lazy River, Indoor & Outdoor Whirlpool & a Full-Sized Racquetball Court!!
Take comfort in the BEST 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Suite Myrtle Beach has to offer, with a calm setting made just for a sigh the moment you walk in the door and straight through to your own private balcony.
This Oceanfront King Suite has an extra-large bedroom one king bed in the bedroom, a dresser, a TV with cable access, and an AMAZING bathroom featuring a tiled shower with sliding glass doors, double sink vanity and hairdryer. This suite also is one of the few available in the resort that feature ZERO-STEPS for easier accessibility, from the parking garage and through the entire unit, as well as a walk-in shower! Also, this 3rd floor unit allows you to go directly from the parking deck's 3rd floor to the unit - majority of the resort's other floors are not direct to the garage.
A separate living room with a full-size sleeper sofa, TV with cable access & complimentary wireless Internet access, and an iron/ironing board.
A kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, four-burner stovetop, coffee maker everything you need to create delicious meals. When it's time to dine, the dining table accommodates two, with added seating on the balcony for two more.
Sip your morning coffee on your private oceanfront balcony while enjoying that amazing sunrise, crashing waves, and stunning sunsets complete with seating.
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & rag set as well as STARTER shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soaps, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels.

We highly suggest having or renting a car. While Uber and Lyft as well as Taxi services are available in the Myrtle Beach area, there are not as many along the Grand Strand as in a major city, as well as it is more economical.

There are 2 parking spaces allowed for this condo, and passes will be in your room on arrival. If you happen to be bringing an oversize vehicle, we leave the correct parking pass for this type of parking in the condo for your arrival. Oversize vehicles are to be parked on the 1st level when you enter the garage. From there, you can take the elevator directly around the corner on the 2nd level.
There is no trailer parking allowed.

- This unit is NOT rented through the resort's front desk. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be addressed to Stratus Properties.
- Parking Passes will be in the unit waiting for you. You will receive two (2) standard passes, and one (1) oversize parking pass for vehicles that are too large and need to be parked on the 1st level of the garage. These need to be returned to the unit on departure.
- Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-party company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties. You will need to bring or purchase your own toiletries and such, as any toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, and the like are only starter sets provided at arrival for your convenience.

It was such a beautiful resort. Its 3rd floor so the view was decent. But it was not that clean, the shower was covered in mold, the base around the toilet was full of dry urine, sand all over the floor and it smelt of cat urine.
The bed sheets do not stay on, as other reviews say. The parking garage is awful.
The view was beautiful, the pools were nice, the beach was clean. There was a lot of things to do just in the resort. The cannon ballz grill on the 1st floor was amazing.
My husband is military and i needed to change the days so i messaged how we have been communicating. It was before the cancelation deadline. Never heard back so after some days i called and asked. It couldn't be done at that point but the communication was terrible with the office. I won't be spending that much money to stay here again.
