Basement level: This level offers 2 refined double bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms, including one ensuite with shower, and the other with both shower and bathtub. There is also a second living area with comfortable sofas and tv, ideal for private moments of relaxation.
Ground floor: The heart of the villa is a bright and welcoming open-plan living area, where the wooden roof and elegant furnishings create a warm and refined atmosphere. The living room, with parquet flooring and a modern fireplace with a light stone insert, is furnished with two sofas and tv. Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€/hour); extra linen change (100.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
