The park of Villa Ariete is the perfect place for those who dream of a dynamic vacation: you can play exciting matches in the regulated tennis court which, together with the majestic plunge pool, is located within the two hectares of land characterized by a vastness of plants ten. Or you can stroll along the avenue, surrounded by olive trees, which crosses the garden to the belvedere terrace, enriched by a delightful fountain, to admire the hills that gently slope down to the Adriatic Sea. The tennis locker room is equipped with a 3-seater sauna and two large showers and adjacent to this for the joy of young and old we find a comfortable ping-pong table
The property accompanied by a porch with table and sofas and a pergola with brickwork barbecue, is divided into three levels. The main entrance, on the first floor, leads directly into the living room with a large fireplace, TV with DVD player which leads to the first sleeping area composed of two double bedrooms plus a sofa bed, a twin bedroom, bathroom with tub and laundry. Going up we find the attic that houses the billiard room, (the billiard table is the one without holes) and the second sleeping area composed of a very large double bedroom, a triple attic room plus an extra bed and a bathroom with tub.
The ground floor overlooking the garden consists of a living room, a dining room and a large semi-professional kitchen equipped with various appliances and a bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
We are just a few minutes from the seafront of Grottammare and from San Benedetto del Tronto, flagships of the Riviera delle Palme, where you will find wide beaches and good connections with the major cities.

We really enjoyed our week here with our group of friends and our dog! As others have said, the pool is pretty amazing. The electricity bill was less than we expected from other reviews (we stayed in mid-June), about 180 euros, so not too bad.

Perfect place for a bigger group to hang out and relax for a week. We all loved it. Nadia (the hostess) make sure of it,

A fabulous villa for a holiday with family & friends. The villa was beautiful with very spacious gardens. The bedrooms were all a very good size and slept 10 of us very well. The villa was very clean and had everything you could need whilst on holiday.The pool was very big and was cleaned every day.. Close to the pool was a covered barbeque area which lit up at night and had music piped down to it, we really enjoyed our evenings in here.There is plenty to do with tennis court, table tennis, pentaque, archery, darts and an italian billards table.the villa has a large lounge/dining area which is a very social space for a large group.Nadia is very friendly and was extremely helpful. We would all love to return one day and would not hesitate to recommend.
