Cocoonr offers this charming 32 m² flat with shared pool in Deauville to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living area with a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with a bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 15 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A shared (unheated) swimming pool measuring 15×20 m, open from 1 May to 15 September, with a safety fence
- The property has a private west-facing terrace with furniture provided. It is set back from the rest of the complex, giving it a pleasant sense of privacy with no direct neighbours opposite
- A small, unfenced private garden of approximately 15 m² is situated in front of the terrace
The flat is ideally located in Deauville, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Golf Barrière de Deauville: located right next to the residence, ideal for golf lovers.
- Walks and hikes: the hillside area is great for walking, with beautiful views over Deauville and the sea.
- Deauville town centre (a few minutes' drive away): shops, restaurants, market, cinema, Barrière casino.

- Deauville-La Touques racecourse: horse racing all year round.
