Excellent value for money

The apartment is centrally located and can reach by 5 min walk from the railway station. The host communicates promptly and she is very friendly. The apartment has an excellent view of the race course, full of greenery.

A pleasant stay, yet without envy to come back again.

A convenient location with respect to the beach, port, shops; a magnificent view onto the hippodrome. The kitchen includes different nice equipments for a spartan yet convenient stay. The bathroom is newly done and clean. The number of plug sockets covers all reasonable needs. The WiFi was good. The host was instantly ready to answer all inquiries.

The house as a whole (outside the apartment) is not clean, not giving an impression of being well maintained. Being also not new, it emits strange smells (apparently from the bathroom). The ventilation helps, though.

Simple but nice apartment in 5 minutes walk from train/bus station. with a great view on the hippodrome green fields. Very calm snd relaxing atmosphere, we had good sleep and enjoyed watching horses running in front of our windows. Very helpful and friendly owner.

It's a nice old house but common areas (entrance hall, stairs) are not really clean. But it's not a question to apartment itself

Cosy apartment in the centre of everything

Great location, perfectly equipped, comfortable and homely, dog friendly, easy free street parking outside and there's even horses walking past on their way to the racecourse behind!

Personally don't like a mirror facing a bed but that's just me!

Exceptional

the property was very clean, modern and well equipped. extremely well located as well, close to the train station as well as the city centre. very calm and quiet studio with a great view to the calm track in front. Sabine our hostess was always available for any questions, and the checkin/checkout process was perfect, couldn’t ask for anything better! She was very helpful and flexible with the checkout, allowing us to keep our bags longer in the apartment so we could enjoy our stay before our train late in the afternoon.

Pas un bon séjour !

Son emplacement, c'est tout.

Scandaleux ! L’entrée du studio est extrêmement sale. L’isolation est insuffisante : malgré le chauffage allumé, il fait froid la nuit. Le ménage est totalement négligé, au point que nous avons eu des réactions allergiques dues aux poils d’animaux et à la moisissure, signe d’un manque évident d’entretien. Mais le pire ? C'est la moisissure, partout : sur la poutre, un tableau décoratif (ce qui est inadmissible !), certains murs, les chaises hautes, les balcons… Sans compter l’odeur insupportable qui règne dans la salle de bain. Le strict minimum est fourni, et encore… Le lit n’est pas confortable, les oreillers sont d’une qualité désastreuse ! La télé bug sans arrêt. C’est une honte de louer un logement dans un état pareil. J'ai fait part de ces problèmes lors de mon départ à la propriétaire et elle m'a simplement répondu "je suis désolée que vous n’êtes pas satisfait de votre séjour. Si vous m’aviez fait part de votre mécontentement en arrivant, j’aurais pu vous bouger dans un autre studio qui vous aurait peut-être mieux convenu" Bref, je ne recommande pas.
