Die Lage ist sehr gut. Strand und Stadtzentrum sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Gleich um die Ecke ist eine Bäckerei mit frischem Brot. Aus der Wohnung hat man einen guten Überblick zur nahegelegenen Pferderennbahn. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat ohne Anwesenheit der Gastgeberin einwandfrei funktioniert.
Parkplätze muss man sich entlang der Strasse suchen. Sind aber genügend und auch kostenfrei verfügbar. Zum Koffer-Schleppen ist die Treppe vom 1. zum 2.OG recht steil und schmal.
