Lovely property, with it being on the border to deauville and Tourgéville, town centre is around a 15 minute walk, or walk 5 minutes directly on to the beach through the private grounds and take the scenic route, deauville its-self is a beautiful town, with up market restaurants and very very clean beaches and the famous boardwalk, finally being quite central in Normandy this makes an excellent base to drive and explore, most things are within an hours drive, event mont-saint michel is just under 2 hours. The apartment was well kept, we was greated by a concierge who gave us some basic advice on access requirements and directed us to the ungerground carpark which is a bonus because parking in France is very expensive. The turn into the carpark does require skill and I feel if you had a big estate car it would become a 6 point turn but we managed. The balcony looks directly out to the sea and it’s nice watching the sunset in the evening!! The only frustration was the gate leading to the beach broke halfway though the stay however, the complex is well maintained and within hours a sign was put up by the maintenance staff. It’s probably fixed by now!! Would recommend.

The property wss ideally situated, close to brach and main shopping areas. Parking was very useful once one got uded to driving in and out of the garage. Plenty of room in the apartment for the 2 of us and had all the urensils that we required. Very much enjoyed walking from the room down to and along the beach. All in all we had a super time.

We had a wonderful week stay at this apartment. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and the 2 bedroom apartment with a pull out couch was spacious enough for all of us. The location of the apartment was perfect with walkable beach access from the apartment, the market and nearby towns of Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer. The parking garage in the building was a huge help as street parking can be difficult on the weekends due to the beach traffic. Beware though, if you have a “big” car (we had an Audi A5) maneuvering in/out of the garage requires multiple 3 point turns so take your time. Virginie was extremely responsive and helpful with all of our inquiries as was Michele the grounds keeper. When we reported a slow moving shower drain, he came up the same day to fix it. I wouldn’t hesitate staying at the property again. However next time, I would bring my own bed linens, towels and a kitchen knife (there were only dull steak knives). We suspected the bed linens weren’t clean (the pillow and sheets smelled funky) and some of the towels smelled of cigarettes so we washed everything in town at the laundromat. It wasn’t ideal having to do laundry while on vacation but it wasn’t the end of the world.

We stayed last year, loved it so booked it again. Very easy to book the apartment, communication was quick, polite and friendly. Key benefits off street (underground) private parking. Apartment is 300m to the beach. Local supermarket is 5min walk, Deauville town centre is about 800m ish. A nice walk and lots of shops, restaurants etc. For the children there are 2 different bouncy castle play areas. Friendly, clean and good fun, and you can even buy a beer:-). Wi-fi was good, an essential on a rainy afternoon.

This was a perfect find, 300m from the beach. A private car park underground so no worries there. It’s about 500m from supermarket, a resteraunt and 800m from Deauville with all you could want. The apartment was clean and tidy. You can sit out on the balcony with your drink of choice listening to the waves. Nice quiet block. The owner was lovely, very helpful and with the aid of Google we covered everything:-). Getting the keys and handback was easy.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 2 weeks staying in Virginie’s apartment in Deauville. The apartment is located close to the edge of Deauville and it’s a 2-3k walk into the centre and the bus and train station, depending on how many of the excellent boutiques, bars and restaurants you call in at on the way. However the walk along the seafront is also highly recommended. There is a large Carrefour just across the main road and the apartment is cosy and well equipped for 4 people. Everything has worked as we expected and the weather too has been very kind. Enough comfortable seating for 4 people and softer lighting for the evenings would be a welcome addition. We slept well as it is very quiet and peaceful here and the additional bonus for me was the abundance of hot water we had for our showers, it never ran out. We were very pleased with the secure parking, the wi-fi was well used and the handover of keys at the start and finish of our stay was excellent. Thank you Virginie, we were very happy; who knows, we may see you again one day!

Die Wohnung gemütlich mit schönem Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Nur durch den Garten durch und man ist schon am traumhaft schöne Strand. Will man Abwechslung dann nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist in Deauville mit vielen schönen Restaurants und Geschäften .absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet appartement. Idéalement situé, quasiment les pieds dans l'eau, vue sur mer à partir de la terrasse, on a adoré ! Les photos de l'annonce correspondent parfaitement à l'appartement. Il est fonctionnel et spacieux et tous les éléments nécessaires à un bon séjour y sont réunis ! Je mettrais juste un petit bémol sur le ménage, mais nous étions en période creuse et j'imagine qu'il avait été fait mais quelque temps avant notre emménagement donc pas niquel. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend encore merci !

Everything was exactly as it was described. Madame Jo welcomed us very friendly, she was there in Time and gave us everything we needed at our arrival. The Apartment was very comfortable and clean, it has everything you Need. It has a beautiful view at the sea and you can reach the Beach in just a few meters. Also, the City, supermarkets and everything you Need is very near and can be reached by foot. A car is very recomendable so you can reach all of the Historic and Natural sites just as Omaha Beach, Le Mont Saint Michel,... We can really recommend this Apartment and we will come back for sure. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet, vom Balkon mit Blick zum Meer. Im 2. Schlafzimmer brauchte ich Ohrenstoepsel wegen des Dauerrauschens der Absaugung im Bad. Abgeschl. Tiefgarage, Zugang vom Haus direkt zum Boulevard und durch Grünstreifen zum weitläufigen Strand, etwa 1 km vom Ort und Hauptbadestrand entfernt, angenehm ruhig. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Deauville avec notre petit garçon de 4 ans. Concernant l'appartement : - il est idéalement situé pour se rendre à la plage, faire du vélo ou une promenade en bord de mer... - il est calme et ensoleillé, on peut ainsi profiter de la terrasse pour le déjeuner - son parking est un vrai plus, on a pu y stationner un C4 Picasso sans problème - les commerces sont accessibles à pied : 10 min du supermarché/presse, 15 min de la boulangerie/du centre ville - la réception/restitution des clefs s'est parfaitement déroulée, accueil impeccable - appartement absolument conforme au descriptif, propre et agréable, avec un beau volume de vie (salon/salle à manger/cuisine) très convivial Ce qui pourrait améliorer l'expérience ce serait un égouttoir pour la vaisselle (nous n'en avons pas trouvé) et une machine à laver si cela était possible. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir à l'occasion !

Des équipements modernes et de qualité mais pas pratiques au quotidien. La salle de bains (minuscule) et une des 2 chambres sont sans fenêtres et donc difficiles à aérer : les mauvaises odeurs qui se dégagent de la douche sont tenaces. L’accès à la plage est facile, c’est le point positif. L’absence de lave-linge et de lave-vaisselle pèsent un peu sur une semaine. Le tout n’est pas bien adapté à une famille. Accueil sympathique. Si vous prenez l’option draps, les lits sont faits à l’arrivée, c’est appréciable ! Il y avait un ravalement de façade et des travaux toute la journée, on aurait aimé avoir été prévenu...

l'appartement est très conviviale , la cuisine est très bien équipée ,tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont à portée; côté chambre , il manque une lampe de chevet dans la chambre à grand lit ainsi que dans la chambre à 2 lits .côté salle de bains , la douche est très fonctionnelle , propre et bien entretenue, il manque cependant un porte savon .Cela peut être utile . Le salon est spacieux et le canapé confortable .Grande entrée agréable avec la table de desserte .En conclusion , l'appartement est spacieux et très bien entretenu .Remerciements aux propriétaires .
