This 2nd floor downtown Bar Harbor apartment was just remodeled adding a second bedroom, brand new kitchen, bathroom and large deck. The space provides an amazing place to call home when exploring Acadia National Park. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of historic Victorian homes, just blocks away from all of downtown, stunning sunrises on the Shore Path and sunsets from the Bar Island sandbar.
Designated off street parking with self check in and AC for those hot summer nights.
This 2 bedroom apartment is a 5min walk from anywhere in downtown Bar Harbor. It`s in a quiet neighborhood and has off street parking. The closest trails of Acadia National Park are within a 1.5 mile walk.
No animals please, no exceptions, our cleaning lady is allergic.
I live in the neighborhood and am available most any time should a problem arise.
Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Quiet hours in town start at 9pm so please no being loud past 9pm. No talking loudly in the driveway or on the porch past 9pm. Please be aware of your noise level as to not disturb the guest in the other 3 units. Please take off your shoes when you come inside. No loose trash or recyclables allowed in the outside dumpsters, only tied plastic trash bags allowed.
