Owner's sun splashed 2nd floor apartment available for first time. On quiet cul de sac in downtown. Open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, oriental carpets. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, (microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric range). Washer/dryer in unit. Private patio with six seat table for outdoor dining. Weber BBQ. No hassle parking as unit has off-street (dedicated) parking for two cars.

Excellent location! Family of 5 and it worked well for space. Walkable everywhere in Bar harbor. Clean and the local property manager was helpful.

Bar Harbor is such a cute town and we really enjoyed our visit. There are lots of steps at this apartment and it was not easy to find the actual front door but once we got inside, it was quite lovely. We really enjoyed the restaurants and the access to everything being so close by. Very walkable. Enjoyed Acadia National park and visiting the port area for tours. Lots of great restaurant options very close by. I highly recommend this property more as kid friendly than adult retreat. This unit is very kid oriented with tiny beds and lots of toys.

This was a lovely apartment, within easy walking distance of downtown Bar Harbor without feeling crowded. Chris ensured we were all set for our stay and was flexible with our arrival timing. Would happily stay here again!
