The open kitchen, fully equipped, completes this friendly set. From the living room, a bay window opens onto a west facing garden, furnished with a dining area and a relaxing corner, ideal for enjoying the end-of-day light. The night corner consists of two bedrooms: - A first bedroom with double bed (140x190cm), with a wardrobe and direct access to the garden. - A second bedroom with double bed, equipped with a TV. In this part of the accommodation there is also a shower room as well as an independent toilet. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.From Cannes station: 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by foot. Need a transfer? Our concierge service can handle this for you. AFFAIRS - Croisette: accessible in 3 minutes by car or 5 minutes by foot. Perfect for exploring the sea, joining the private beaches or enjoying the seaside restaurants - Palm Beach: 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. An area appreciated for its beaches, nautical club and walks to the tip - Port Canto: 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Ideal for a walk along the docks, a terrace café or a dinner in front of the yachts - Antibes Street: 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Shops, great brands, pastries, cafes... a dynamic shopping axis - Palais des Festivals: about 7 minutes by car. Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
