Ideal for delegates (10 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals) and for Holiday makers (5 minutes walk from the beaches).
This luxurious 4 room apartment tastefully decorated can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.A living/dining room with a flat TV screen and direct access to the East-South West facing terrace with table and chairs.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (180X200) and a large dressing room with a bathroom en suite.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and a large dressing room with a bathroom en suite.
A large kitchen has all the equipment to concoct your favorite dishes: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
You will have free WiFi in all rooms, and all the necessary to ensure a stay in peace: quality sheets and towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, household equipment (vacuum cleaner, bucket mop) and a washing machine.
The apartment is on the 8th and last floor. The keys to the apartment will be given at the beginning of stay by a person who will welcome you.
This apartment is a main residence occupied year round by the owner who offers it for rent during her frequent trips. Some closets are private.

Top floor apartment with terrific views from both west and east balconies. Well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Easy walking distance to several beaches, main hotels & local restaurants.I’ll try to stay here again the next time I’m in Cannes

Our family of 3 stayed at this apartment for 5 nights this week, and I wanted to write this review while the highlights are fresh.
The apartment is amazing, with wonderful artwork, supplies in the kitchen and a wonderful deck so you can see the water from almost every room. The views at night are also lovely. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house!
The location is perfect. We walked everywhere in town. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, so we got the best of both worlds -- a walk away from the energy of the city and a quiet home to come home to.
Christian was terrific -- from our first questions to our check-out.
Our family highly recommends this apartment!!

Nice top floor apartment with beautiful terraces overlooking the sea. The best was to wake up the morning by the sun with a stunning view over the sea from the master bed room with its own terrace and the sea gulls crying! We have been only two people, the apartment was spacious, well equipped, absolutely clean. Only 5 min walk away from the Croisette (end of Croisette), big supermarket (Carrefour) and nice bakery in 5-7 min walk.
Christian was very supportive despite our very late arrival. So all perfect. Thanks a lot!
