BALTIC SEA. KAPPELN. ANNA’S HOME BY THE SEA
In this exclusive vacation home, you’re guaranteed to feel right at home the moment you arrive.
It is located right on the waterfront with a panoramic view of the sailing and recreational boat harbor at the OstseeResort Olpenitz and the Schlei.
This property stands out thanks to its prime location, a private wellness area, and two spacious terraces.
The interior features a Nordic-maritime design and is fully equipped.
The house is particularly child-friendly (e.g., outlet covers, stair gate, baby bathtub/crib, high chair), including children’s books, board games, and play mats.
The sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the adventure playground is also in the immediate vicinity.
The house spans three living levels.
On the first floor is the light-filled living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, featuring a corner couch and a recliner. The cozy couch sleeps two (140 x 200 cm). The large, wind-protected terrace directly adjacent to the living area invites you to linger and gives you the feeling of floating on water. In addition, the modern home entertainment system provides entertainment on those rainy Nordic days. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.
Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms with high-quality double box-spring beds (160 x 200 cm) as well as a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The master bedroom faces the harbor and boasts a phenomenal view of the water.
The second upper floor is the highlight of this spacious home. The studio, with its adjoining rooftop terrace featuring a beach chair and lounge set, as well as a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and shower, ensures unforgettable moments. In addition, a sleeper sofa in the studio (120 x 200 cm) offers a comfortable place to sleep with stunning views. A TV with the Home Entertainment package is also available here.
You have the option to book a linens package. The linen package includes: bed sheets, pillowcase, duvet cover, shower mat, standard hand towel, large bath towel, sauna towel, and a kitchen towel. The cost is EUR 37.50 per laundry package, including tax.
