Nestled in Vrbnik, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa brings it all within your reach. Fans of nature and the outdoors will love being within a 5-minute walk of Kvarner Gulf and 14 minutes by car from Pecine Beach. You'll easily make the 17-minute drive to Punat Harbor or the 20-minute drive to Drazica Beach.
While you're here, you can enjoy all the comforts of home and more, including WiFi and air conditioning, as well as an ironing board and laundry facilities. Other amenities include towels and a hair dryer.

It was a perfect stay. The villa is completely sustainable with solar panels for water and electricity. It is situated in midst of Mediterranean wild life, which you can smell from the bed. It takes only 10-15 min walk on a wild path to an isolated beach where we have encountered no one but ourselves. Or five minutes by car to another sandy beach.
The interior is authentic old style. From every part of the house and its surrounding there is a gorgeous view of the sea.
One of the best parts was the heated swimming pool with a view of the entire bay, which actually gives you the impression of being above the sea.
It was also a heaven for kids as the house has a closed playground and a very vast, fenced garden suitable for pets.
On the other side if you want to play some sports there is a volleyball and badminton court as well.
The position within the island is very good. It takes 10 min to get to a beautiful old city of Vrbnik and cca 20 min to the main city of Krk.
We had the bestest time and are for sure coming back!
p.s. The host is a charm! He greeted us with a hot home made pie and a wine from their wine yard. We could always reach him by phone or email to get an additional info.

Prfect position, you can relax without anyone disturbed you.
The house has got a beautiful sea viev, pool is prfect, below the house is the beach, 5 minuts walk.
If you want peace and silenct then this place is for you.It is prfect if you have a dog, the house has got a big yard.
And this is a definitely the best vacation and i reconnebd everyone.

Prfect position, nobody disturbing you, there is no neighbores ( you can relax without anyone disturbed you).
The house has got a beautiful sea viev. The haus is old but modern desing. Pool is prfect, below the house is the beache, 5 minutes walk.
If you want peace and silence, then this house is for you. It is perfect if you have a dog, the house has got a big yard.
And this is a definitely the best cacation and i reconnend everyone.
