VSG Resort - Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Sauna, 200m to Beach

Friendly staff. Very quiet location with good access to a secluded beach. Indoor and outdoor pools are clean and water temperature was good. Parking was right next to our apartment. Washing machine was great to have to wash our clothes. Large terrace to sit outside with table, chairs and loungers. Having a fridge and freezer was also good so we could buy some food for ourselves. Everything was fairly clean. Apartment looked fairly new. The water kettle was nice to have to make our coffee. Having the air conditioner was crucial and it worked very well. It was around 40°C during our whole trip so it would have been miserable without it. However, there is just one unit in the living room, not in the bedroom. Having 2 toilets was also nice since I was there with my husband and son. The main bathroom is large and the size of the shower is generous. Also plenty of storage under the sink for all of our things. There were always loungers available at the pool for us to lay on. However, they are extremely uncomfortable. Bring your own mat for padding. There was a problem with the pool only one day during our stay. We were notified and kept informed. It was fixed before the evening. This is a very dog friendly property. There is even a designated area at the pool for dogs.

The bed was probably the worst I've ever slept on. I did not get a good sleep for the entire week+ we stayed. I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on a rock. The coffee machine was useless. 45 minutes to brew one cup of coffee! Our neighbor also had the same problem with hers. We ended up switching to instant coffee because it was pointless to use the machine. The stove top was also useless. I tried to make pasta. I had the burner on the highest setting for over 30 minutes waiting for the water to boil which never happened. It was just kind of hot. You should know that kids are not allowed in the indoor pool except from 12:00 - 15:00.

Super nice apartment and location. Spacious, comfortable and with everything we needed.

Maybe just a small thing. There is no freezer on the 2 room apartment. Something that can improve for the future :)

This was my second time in Klimno at the resort. The apartments are in an excellent condition. It has everyone one needs for their stay while enjoying the seaside. You get your own parking space. The resort has a pool, sauna and jacuzzi to chill yourself in. Checkin was smooth as well. We arrived quite early but the staff did their best to make the apartment available before checkin time. The host was very responsive to the questions we asked. Best location to stay during summer as the kids beach is just a few minutes walking distance. The Klimno town is also close where one can walk to the restaurant and stores.

The place is clean and well maintained. The receptionist is kind.

There are no serious night shades in the whole apartment. When you visit the location in summer it means you weak up with the first sun in the morning. For me this is a no-go for a relaxed vacation.
