Cool Šilo Appartement Resort

Es war einfach rundum fantastisch! Die Wohnung war wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen sehr lecker und der Ausblick von oben auf Šilo einfach traumhaft. Auch der Fitnessbereich hat uns richtig gut gefallen – perfekt, um sich zwischendurch auszupowern. Am Pool und im Pool war immer ausreichend Platz, sodass man wunderbar entspannen konnte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter: Alle waren unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und haben wirklich jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Nice pool, good breakfast, good appartement

-kitchen fully stocked with dishes -fit center, laundry service -calm location - you get a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival

Extremely underwhelming overall. I do not understand where the stars next to the name of the resort came from. I will not be coming back 100%. Let me break it down: - cleaning: staff comes to clean only every 4 days! this is not sufficient, floors got nasty after 2 (!). this is a serious issue to me, it was not mentioned anywhere and we were unpleasantly surprised - fit centre: missing towels or anything to disinfect machines with, opening hours weird - forget an early morning or night workout when its colder, gym opens at 8am and closes at 4pm - breakfast: absolutely not worth the money - it is not buffet style, but somehow a la carte (and day prior reservation is required). yet when the waitor was asked about the breakfast menu, we were rather rudely told that the breakfast menu does not exist and we should basically just tell him what we want and he can tell us of they are able to make it? ridiculous. - showering: absolutely not sufficient water pressure, water was not hot, rather it was lukewarm, no amount of waiting or switching time of showering did help - this persisted during thw whole stay - pests: resort has problems in some apartments with ants, we have on one occassion encountered a scorpion in a bathroom - nasty smell in the bathroom: everytime we attempted to close the doors to thw bathroom, when we opened them, we were welcomed with rather unpleasant odor (i assume from the drains) - mosquito nets: missing and some not working -furniture: rather outdated, in need of refurbishing - especially the creaky beds
