This text describes a summer house in Asserbo, near Tisvildeleje and Liseleje, close to a beautiful beach. The house is equipped with numerous amenities, making it an ideal holiday destination regardless of the season. The house features a 20 m2 swimming pool, a water slide, a whirlpool, and a sauna. For indoor entertainment, there\'s an activity room with billiards, table tennis, air hockey, table football, darts, and a PlayStation 4. The heart of the house is a spacious open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen and dining table. The kitchen has two of each appliance, making meal preparation easy for large groups. The living area also includes a comfortable sofa area with a TV and views of the pool. The house offers three separate sleeping areas, each with a bathroom, and additional sleeping space in the loft. The living room opens onto a large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. For children, there\'s a sandbox and a swing. Please note that the house is in a summer home area where noise should be minimized after 22:00 every day.
