About this cabin rental
Pine Cottage - Beautifully and newly remodeled furnished single story, log cabin. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with close proximity to Snow Summit Mountain. Just a 3-minute drive to Big Bear Village, restaurants and shops, 8-minute walk to Meadow Park: a children's park with tennis, pickleball, and lake views. Sleeps 10 comfortably, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with two Cal king beds and 3 queen beds. Home has many amenities/games: jacuzzi, dining table; which converts to ping pong and pool table, sofa table; which converts to shuffleboard, chess/checker table, dominoes, Janga blocks, ring toss, and more.
LIVING & DINING
This spacious 2,000+ sq ft home features a welcoming living room with a smart TV, dining table, and an island with counter seating. The beautiful river rock gas log fireplace creates a cozy focal point, while plenty of comfortable seating makes it perfect for gathering and relaxing.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including:
- Stove and oven
- Refrigerator
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Blender
- Toaster
- Ninja coffee maker
- Dishes, cookware, and utensils
- A complimentary coffee bar stocked with coffee, sugar, and creamer is provided to start your mornings right.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home accommodates up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults) across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- Primary bedroom: king bed, smart TV, and private bath with tub
- Second bedroom: king bed and smart TV
- Third bedroom: queen bed and queen/queen bunk bed
ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
Enjoy a fully loaded game room with a ping pong table, pool table, and shuffleboard. Smart TVs with Roku, streaming apps, and fast WiFi are available throughout the home. Board games and card games provide additional fun, and the cozy gas fireplace is perfect for relaxing evenings. A laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer adds convenience.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Take in the peaceful mountain surroundings from the spacious wraparound porch with plenty of seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Unwind in the private hot tub after a day of adventure, or enjoy outdoor dining on the separate deck featuring a gas barbecue. The fenced yard offers added privacy, making it the perfect space to relax and enjoy the mountain air.

- Parking allowed for 2 vehicles
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Maximum of 10 guests total, with no more than 8 adults.
- Exterior cameras with recording
- No pets allowed. This includes service dogs (the owner is severely allergic)

Great home. Great location. Wish it had a powder room since it was for a larger family. Amenities is good, however, didn't like the pool / table tennis to be also dining table. It was a hassle to flip back and forth and only can play 1 activity at a time. Also, front door passcode is too long. LOL. Oh and this house needs vent hood for cooking bacon in oven. Had to open doors and windows to avoid smoke alarm goes off. Overall, I give it a 5 STARS.
