Location was good. Could be better if there was snow but looks like southern california didnt have enough rain so not property issue.But if can have some more blankets as was not enough and hearing though was very good but 2nd floor either too hot or cold.Not sure anout other room but with queen bed mattress was just foam just bend as you sit or other petson move.Overall experience was good

Very clean and modern house, has everything a family need, the most beautiful attraction was the game room, it was the focal point of family gathering and entertainment.
