We had a great stay overall! The home was very spacious and comfortably fit our group of 13 (10 adults and 3 children). All the kitchen amenities were available, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the pool table was a lot of fun for everyone. The area was really nice and conveniently located close to plenty of stores, which made things easy.The only issues we ran into were that the jacuzzi didn’t get hot, there weren’t lights outside when we wanted to relax in the evening, and a few outlets didn’t work properly. Other than that, everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The house was plenty big enough for us (4 adults and 5 kids 3 to 11). The house is close to Big Bear Lake. We did have some issues with the keyless lock and there are no chairs or patio furniture. It made it hard to enjoy coffee on the deck in the mornings. The place smelled a little like cat urine when we first walked in. Also, there is no air conditioner, which we could have used this time of the year.

I really enjoyed and loved staying here, the house was amazing. There were no problems with the house, and we were all very comfortable! The only reason why I gave them an overall of four stars is because they had told us that we could check out at 11 am but the day of ended up telling us we needed to be out by 10 am. It upset me because I believed we’d be out by 11 am and not 10 am. Other than that it was an easy check in and everything went perfect!

This property is in a great location. Living area and bathroom were nice but bedrooms fell short. The carpet was not vacuumed and the rooms felt outdated. We found dirty socks from a previous tenant in our room.
