PARKING
The unit has an XL tandem garage that can hold 2 small cars or one large car. The driveway can hold 1 car. There is no street parking or sand parking, which is strictly enforced by the HOA. A remote for the garage door will be left inside the house for you.

Call or text for a free shuttle ride to any of the Lost Key amenities or beach club. Please be patient with this service during peak season.

As our guest you will have access to all entry gates and private community amenities via key cards we leave for you in the house. Shortly before check-in, you will be provided with a keyless code for self check-in.

Located a short 0.3 mile walk (less than 7 min) from the townhouse. A 5,000 sq. ft private club sitting directly on the Gulf offering a full bar, delicious poolside dining, pool, showers, locker rooms, lounge chairs, deck, and beach access. Enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald green Gulf water while sipping a frozen cocktail and eating lunch overlooking the waves.
Beach Service
Available on a first-come/first-service basis offering beach chairs and umbrellas at an additional charge, open daily, Spring through Fall.
Resort Pool + Hot Tub + Tennis/Pickleball Courts + Fitness Center
- Located a short 0.4 mile walk (less than 8 minutes) from the townhouse.
- Pool: Resort style with zero-entry, fountains, striped lanes for lap swimming, picnic tables, lounge chairs, and hot tub.
- Courts: there are two lighted courts made for double use - tennis & pickleball.
- Fitness Center: State of the art equipment overlooking the pool.
Golf Course
Located a short 4 minute drive (1 mile) from the townhouse. Lost Key Golf Club is an 18-hole par 72 Arnold Palmer Championship public golf course. In addition, it has a pro shop, range, chipping, putting, and short game area. This is one of only two courses certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary, protecting the natural resources of the area while providing a unique golf experience. Contact the course directly to book tee times.
Grille 625 Restaurant at Lost Key Golf Club
Open daily for breakfast and lunch.

- All amenities are subject to availability by the HOA. We are not responsible for resort amenity closures. Hours are subject to change.
- Some construction continues further down the street from our townhome — it should not impact your stay.
Security cameras are located outside the front and back door of the unit only.
HOUSE RULES
- Must be 25 years or older to book. Person booking the property must be present at all times throughout the length of the stay. Third party bookings are NOT allowed.
- Strict No-Pets Policy
- No Parties / Events
- This home has multiple levels with stairs - not recommended for toddlers or crawling infants.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended - we do not refund for bad weather or other circumstances out of our control.
- No smoking, vaping, incense, or candles inside the home, garage, or balcony.
- Max occupancy is 8 people and 3 cars.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am
