Your holiday apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a residence in the Kerity district includes: - a living room/kitchen, - a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), - a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) which can easily be separated into two single beds upon prior request, - a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, and washer-dryer), - an entrance hall with a storage cupboard, - an 8 m² terrace/balcony with garden furniture and sun loungers. In the courtyard, there is a secure, shared bicycle storage area surrounded by the parking lot, with some visitor spaces and one space reserved for the apartment. Bus services run regularly, and the train station is 1.7 km away. Here's a lovely sea-view rental in a suburb of Paimpol: opposite Poulafret (its leisure center, windmill, beach, and the coastal cycle route that passes right by), next to the Beauport Maritime Abbey, and not far from the town center (its port, entertainment and restaurants, narrow streets with galleries, and Tuesday morning market). Other spots in Paimpol are worth a visit: Pointe de Guilben, the small beach of Kerdreiz, and the Ferme Marine with its oyster bar. In short, the City of Icelanders has plenty to offer! More broadly, within a 15 km radius, tourist attractions abound: Pointe de l'Arcouest and its pier for the Île de Bréhat, the Trieux Estuary, the Roche Jagu park and castle, the Temple of Lanleff, Bréhec beach, and the charming village of Lanloup. 20 km away, Pontrieux, a small town of character, and the Sillon de Talbert in Pleubian, a geological curiosity, will finish by dazzling you. Just 55 meters from the sea, an apartment that truly lives up to its name! Paimpol Bay stretches out on the horizon, with its ebb and flow of the tides, plus the occasional cloud (or not!).
