Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a veranda opening onto a living room with fully equipped kitchen. On the lower half level: a living room with library, a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200) giving access to its bathroom with Italian shower, basin and closed toilet. On the upper half level: a bedroom (with 2 single beds of 80x200 which can be twinned) giving access to its bathroom with Italian shower, basin and closed toilet. The south-west facing veranda overlooks the pretty little enclosed garden of 190 m² with a terrace area and a lean-to for storage such as bicycles, strollers or windsurfing boards, etc. Parking space in the street in front of the gate.
