Une très chouette maison idéalement située et bien équipée avec une très belle vue. Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable. un joli panier garni avec des produits de saison nous attendait à notre arrivée! Les enfants ont adoré le trampoline, les poules et le chien ! on recommande vivement pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Tolles Ferienhaus in großartiger Lage

Sehr empfehlenswert, insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern. Haus und Grundstück bieten viel Platz und auf der überdachten Terasse kann man bei jedem Wetter die wunderbare Aussicht auf Paimpol und das Meer genießen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und ideal für Familien auch mit mehr als 2 Kindern. Es bietet viel Ruhe, dennoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Innenstadt von Paimpol und das Meer nicht weit. Monsieur le Bleiz kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste und überrascht immer wieder gerne mit selbst angebauten Gemüse. Sein kleiner Hund war ein beliebter Spielkamerad für unsere drei Kinder. Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Das Haus bietet sich als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Unternehmungen in der wunderschönen Umgebung wirklich an.Yvon als Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und trotzdem unaufdringlich.Er verwöhnt seine Gäste mit selbstgerechter Marmelade, Gemüse und Eiern aus dem grossen Garten. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der wunderschöne Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer gibt einen Vorgeschmack auf die abwechslungsreiche, schöne Umgebung Paimpols. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Karen und Axel, Juni 2019

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine Chez YVON, il nous a accueilli avec un magnifique bouquets de lys et une cagette pleine de produits de son jardin, légumes frais, œufs, confiture maison et une bouteille de vin et le sourire et la gentillesse en prime. La maison est très confortable et la situation géographique excellente. nous n'avons pas besoin de la voiture, nous pouvions aller à Paimpol à pieds. Nous reviendrons.

Très belle région à visiter! Le gîte est très fonctionnel et le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour nous. Merci beaucoup à Yvon pour le panier de légumes! La petite Ondine manque déjà à nos enfants. Petit bémol : heure de départ indiqué par abritel : 11h le samedi, est fausse. C'est 10h.

Nous sommes enchantés par notre séjour à Paimpol.Gîte extrèmement agréable avec un accueil de mr Le Bleiz surpassant toutes nos attentes.Un panier rempli de produits de son jardin, une bonne bouteille de vin , des oeufs, de la confiture... Astuce et Ondine ont aussi fait notre bonheur en venant nous rendre visite. Merci pour tout cela Mr Le Bleiz et à l'année prochaine.

Gîte bien équipé, spacieux, belle terrasse, vue sur mer. Jeux pour les enfants avec trampoline, balançoire et toboggan. Yvon est aux petits soins pour ses locataires.A notre arrivée panier de légumes, oeufs et bouteille de vin. Puis régulièrement Yvon nous déposait gentiment des légumes du jardin et des oeufs de son poulailler, très appréciés par toute la famille. ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Anbindung an Stadt und Strand; da das Haus auf einer Anhebung liegt, kann der Zugang zu Fuß etwas mühsam sein, daher Fortbewegung mit Auto empfehlenswert; herrlicher Garten mit Terrasse und Grill, ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Bei gutem Wetter ist der Blick auf Paimpol und die Bucht wunderbar. Die Inneneinrichtung ist komplett, für größere Menschen (über 1,80 m) ist das Obergeschoss jedoch ungeeignet (insbes. Bad), EG jedoch okay. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns mehrfach sehr gute Produkte aus eigenem Anbau geschenkt.

Yvon est un hôte touchant, généreux et serviable. Nous avons adoré le temps passé en sa compagnie. La maison est dans un environnement très calme et agréable. La déco et la vaisselle mériteraient d’être modernisées mais cela n’empêche en rien d’y passer un beau séjour ! Au plaisir de vous revoir et grosse caresse à notre copine Astuce.

Voyage formidable ! Une vue imprenable sur la baie de Paimpol, un beau et grand jardin, une maison très agréable à vivre, et un monsieur aux petits soins! Les produits faits maison ont été d'un grand succès pour la famille. Il nous a même acheté un hachoir pour que nous puissions faire notre pâté de sanglier!! Toute la famille le recommande vivement.

Das Haus ist groß, geräumig und sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Der Blick über die Bucht von Paimpol ist grandios. Paimpol ist selbst im Winter ein lebhaftes Städtchen, sämtliche Geschäfte und Restaurants haben geöffnet. Yvon, der Eigentümer, der in einem anderen Haus auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnt, ist ein sehr, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mann. Als Willkommensgruß stand ein Korb mit Eigenprodukten auf dem Tisch. Merci, Yvon. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diesen Aufenthaltsort nur empfehlen.
