The location was good, at the heart of downtown, walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa
The rooms were smelling and the bathroom plumbing was not working fine (no exhaust) and was always having foul smells. We had to buy our own fresheners. The towels were not clean and when we cleaned it in the washing machine provided, it created some black stains. The Hotel unfairly charged us for this from our deposit. Overall not a great stay and wont return to this place again. The traffic to get out of downtown is horrendous at all times of the day as well if you have car.
