The Space

Open and inviting, it’s furnished with a velvet green sectional sofa and a boucle accent chair, centered around a light wood coffee table. A 55-inch TV adds entertainment, while full-height windows and sliding doors let in plenty of daylight and open out to a balcony. The view stretches over Downtown’s architectural landmarks, including the Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa, providing a striking scene at any time.
Behind a serving bar that also works as a breakfast counter with two stools, the compact kitchen is tucked away yet fully equipped. It has all the essentials: fridge, electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and dishwasher. The dining area includes all the necessary tableware. Plus, high-speed internet is available throughout.
Bedrooms
The beds in the guest room can be set up as either two singles or one double bed. The space comfortably accommodates up to five guests.
