The apartment was clean, modern, and well furnished. The location is excellent, close to major attractions, and the overall design of the apartment is nice and comfortable.
Almost everything required an additional charge, including basic items such as extra blankets, which was disappointing. There was no housekeeping service during the stay, and this was not clearly communicated in advance.
The check-out process was stressful, and I was asked to pay an unreasonable fee for an access card after departure, despite it being an honest mistake.
