It's in a very good location! The view is beautiful.

The description said 4 bathrooms, but it was actually 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet! In 2 rooms the room opened onto the 3rd one. In 2 rooms it was in the hallway!

This place is a little past its absolute best but if you want to experience a very expensive bay-front apartment for very little have a few days in this place out-of-season. Huge is not an exaggeration and there can be few balconies better than this one to relax on. The view is great and the energy from all the people below equally good.

Nothing at the price. It’s v good.

The location is fabulous and the apartment is very spacious. The host was responsive until issues were raised.

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, but did run into a few issues. Our group came into the accommodation noting that it was not brand new, which was no problem for us. We never said anything about the accommodation being brand new but the host felt they had to raise this as a justification for the issues throughout the apartment. The location is fabulous and we thought the apartment was gorgeous upon first glance. It had a lot of we needed and was spacious for the 8 of us. The host was very helpful and accommodating, helping to answer our questions when needed in the beginning. However, when our concerns were raised, they were quickly dismissed and deflected back upon us. Reviewing comments by other guests, it is clear the host is deflecting what they’re saying as well and taking minimal accountability. The host cited our complaints as “minor issues” regarding “maintenance / aesthetic details”. We felt that if these issues are minor, they should be amended BEFORE hosting guests. We raised our concerns immediately and hoped to seek some form of compensation, but the host was unwilling to provide any sort of help or meet in the middle. The host should be taking concerns raised by their guests on board, and amending these problems instead of turning away the feedback. Per our messages, what we expressed was immediately dismissed and we felt there was no point speaking further as clearly no accountability will be taken. We found what appeared to be black mould in the laundry, which was described to us as “staining following a recent water infiltration” and not “active mould”. We were told this was noted as needing cosmetic restoration, which is no problem, but again, should be fixed PRIOR to having guests. It would have been great to be informed of this before our stay, as then we would not be worried about it potentially being mould as this can cause serious sickness.
