Olympia Family Holiday Apartment

The apartment location is very good. It is 5 minutes walk distance to the beach and even closer to shops and restaurants. It is not the main street, so the surrounding remains peacful and never crowded. There is a bus central station nearby, so wherever you would like to go using public transport - there is no problem. And it could be also a cheaper alternative for airport transfer. The apartment itself is very clean and it was refurbished during past months. So, we get a decent accomodation standard with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, living room with kitchen and dining table. There is also a balcony with nice ocean view, furnitures to sit on and blinder to limit sun exposure. The kitchen is fully equiped, so if you stay longer and have a will to make a lunch/dinner, you can easily do it. Moreover, the owner left some of the products that welcomes you (bottle of wine, water, tea and coffee, cookies) and are very useful and convenient during the stay. There is a package of dishwasher and washing machine pills, trahsbags, etc. being very helpful. It is clear you would need it, but you do not have to run over to supermarket and purchase the quantity you would not use. It seems very basic, but it gives much better experience. The aprtment building is refurbished, so everything looks very good. There is a reception in the lobby during daily working hours and parking lot. You cannot book the parking place, but you can use it, if it is free. There was no problem to park inside, you save some time looking for parking space at the street. Last, but definitively not least is the host/owner. Great contact, very helpful with respect to guide and support on local area, transfers, etc. :)

Apartamento totalmente reformado , está nuevo y muy limpio, muy cómodo , cocina con todo lo necesario, muy céntrico también, repetiriamos la estancia sin duda! La atención de la anfitrionas Mariya y Polina una maravilla, siempre atentas para cualquier cosa que necesitásemos! Lo recomiendo sin duda!
