It is a good deal to stay so close to the historic center and the staff is very nice and helpful. Of course, the room is not the nicest for that kind of money, but it is ok to stay there if you are on a tight budget and the room is clean. I would not stay there again, though.
The bath mat was smelly. There was no dish soap during my 3 day stay. There was no bed lamp. You would have to keep the big light on, which was very bright. Since the room is already just white with no pictures etc., it was not comfortable at all. They have many rules and communicate them A LOT. I got the same message 3 times once plus other messages which were mainly house rules and extra charges, if you wouldn't comply. You would even have to take down your own garbage. Not very service oriented. :/

The location was amazing, very close to the train station (10 minute walk), super easy for getting to other cities.
Bed bugs and mosquitos were a HUGE problem.
