Very friendly and great location!
It is not clear from the description that the only bathroom is situated in one of the rooms, and that you therefore need to cross two bedrooms to get to it. Nevertheless, the friendliness of our host and the great location was terrific!

I liked everything, Voula home is beautifully located with spectacular view. 5 min downhill there's a great local tavern.
The hosts were very nice, welcomed us with raki and next day offered some local snack. We loved the terrace and garden, bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

we spent 4 weeks in Voula home, for vacation combined with remote working.
Hosts , Voula & George, are extremely nice couple , and despite the fact that they don’t speak English, we managed to communicate easily with Google translate :-)
The view to the bay is just beautiful, as well to the mountains in the opposite direction.
Nice porch in the front , excellent WiFi, laundry machine worked great,
beautiful beach 3 minutes walk downhill with an excellent Taverna.
During summertime only, noisy cicadas from sunrise to sunset, but this is typical during summer in all of Crete. We got use to it in a day or two.
Closest mini-market is a few minutes drive time so best to have a car
Jet fighters from a near airport pass from time to time but we weren’t bothered by it at all

The house was very nice, very comfortable and very clean. The owners greeted us when we arrived - very friendly couple. Some tsikoudia was waiting for us in the fridge along with a few things for next mornings' breakfast. Nice, comfortable beds, lovely clean sheet, gorgeous view to the sea, nice garden with a swing, space for the car. Shampoos, soaps, slippers offered. I was very happy the my stay!! I do recommend.... There is a steep slope to get to the house which is a bit scary to drive, however it's only for 20 meters.
