Lovely One bedroom flat in St Michael's Hill

Stayed 5 days. Agents helpful with our requirements. Location to Bristol Children’s hospital is minutes away but part way up a very steep hill. Warm and cosy with comfortable bed. Ground floor flat has access to outside with mature trees. Easy to self checkin using key safe and code provided. Appreciated the use of a washing machine and access to hairdryer. Instructions clear and simple to operate heating and boiler.

Some basic maintenance issues need addressing: peeling paint to front door and windows, rubbish on front and hallway, bagged laundry in hallway all week. Light bulbs missing, needs flush threshold strip to carpet in kitchen to avoid trip hazard, toilet bowl corroded with limescale and needs deep cleaning. Low cost attention to detail would make a big difference
