Certamente la posizione. Vicinissima alla stazione, quindi comodo per chi deve prendere il Bernina
Non era perfettamente pulita, ragnatela tra la parete ed il soffitto; telaio dell'infisso della cucina con polvere; posacenere fuori al balcone con una cicca di sigaretta

Good size, good position. Loads of extra linen, except tea towels. Overall clean
We had to clean the oven tray from crumbs, buy our own toilet paper, bedside lamp was broken and just balancing in place. No cutting board to cut up food, no washing up detergent, no teatowels. 38 degrees and no air con, huge cobweb above the TV that had gathered dust for a while it appeared.
