The location was right by the station, so it was very convenient to take our train the next morning. The apartment was a luxury and it exceeded our expectation. The rooms were very big, the common space was huge, overall the apartment was very high-end.
There was no gas for the stove. It looked like it was connected to a propane tank, and the tank was empty. We contacted the host, but there was no response. It was an inconvenience to manage the groceries we bought in the hope that we'll cook that evening.

A solo 5 minutos caminando de la terminal del Tren Bernia Express y del Tren hacia Lago Di Como y Milán. Buenos restaurantes y heladerías caminando.

Big apartment, clean and very close to the train station, 3 minutes walk. There were enough parking places outside the building (for the street parking you have to pay ~9€ per day).
A bigger TV would be nice.
I find the message to wash the dishes (or they would charge you more) annoying. At this cost per night, you can take the chance to do the dishes yourself every now and then. I suppose most of the guests would do the dishes anyway.

L'appartamento è vicinissimo alla stazione comodo per prendere il treno rosso del Bernina; Sebbene vi sia un arredo un po' datato la casa è risultata confortevole: tre amplie camere da letto e doppi servizi ideale per 6 persone.
Il codice per accedere alla struttura ci è stato fornito solo dopo il nostro arrivo, facendoci attendere per un quarto d'ora al freddo davanti il portone.
Inoltre mi sarei aspettata un po' di cura in più per il cliente, in cucina non c'era neanche una capsula per fare il caffè e nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua ed in uno dei due bagni mancava il sapone per le mani.
