The place offered a warm stay with plenty of things to do around the area. Walks, which was a short distance away. Retail parks which have your essentials. Generally couldn’t fault the area.
The beds were very comfortable.
Lots of little extras - coffee pod etc

Bathroom - needs a little more of a deeper clean around bath taps and corners.
Bathroom walls has dried paint over that should scrape off. To give it a better looking finish.

Ground floor, plenty of parking. close to bus stops. beds were comfortable, was clean. Shower worked. plates & cutlery were available to use as well as cleaning products. Check out time was generous too and the response from the owners was always swift. Value for money was also good - the amount of space we had was excellent, would be very happy to stay here again.
The hob took a while to figure out which knob went with each hob, and would be good to know which way to turn the knob to get it on full power. The kitchen sink didn't have hot water working, however already raised this with the owners and happy with the outcome.

Good location for Trafford side of Manchester, for the ice hockey and Man U. Plenty near by too (takeaway and food shops). The whole facilities were good, had all the essentials for cooking meals and to clean up too.
It was warm in all rooms with heating on and warmed up quickly.
WiFi was good and easy to connect.
Host had great communication skills throughout our stay and checked we were ok. Would suit a family.
It had a lack of hot water pressure, made washing up slightly more difficult.
