Hotel SENOA

部屋はとても清潔で、アメニティも豊富でした。 お盆に家族で利用させていただいたのですが、チェックイン前に冷房をつけていてくれて、観光で汗をかいて疲れていた私達は、本当に涼しく快適でした！ 気遣いがすごくありがたかったです！ 我が家に帰ってきたような雰囲気もとてもリラックスできました！ 機会があれば、また利用したいです！

外階段を上がって玄関があるので、小さいお子さんや足腰に不安がある方は少し心配かも。 我が家は高校生、中学生の子供で、とくに問題ありませんでした！

設備完善、乾淨舒適。

外観（階段）の古さが気になった。

I liked a good bed, a washing machine, location was good, a full kitchen with all the kitchen appliances. Good recommendations which places to visit from the host.

First of all, this is not a "HOTEL", this is an apartment in a rather old building without any good sound insulation. I woke up when at the 3AM some lady was singing and that was not a pleasant experience at all. As this is an apartment, I think it makes sense to notify booking.com that the name is not fully correct as again this is an apartment (nothing wrong with this fact). Second, I had issues using the internet as I could not open some specific websites (even Google) on my laptop without any reasons, and two days could not watch any movies or do much due to the internet issues and overall speed. (I have been to 5 other hotels in Japan in this trip and this is rather for the first time) Third, the towels that were provided had rather poor quality as they do not absorb any water after the shower, so you can't really dry yourself. Last but not least, the host provided so much information about some kind of "wrongdoings" for tourists in their instruction book where he/she explicitly outlined ridiculous amount of fines that it was not easy to feel welcome.
