Its excellent location makes it a perfect option for a stay in Valencia as it is less than 5 minutes from the seafront promenade, with bus and tram stop just a few metres away and very close to the Polytechnic University.

Bright apartment located in El Cabanyal, 250 metres walking from the east-facing beach, which allows you to enjoy relaxation due to its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and, at the same time, given its closeness to the La Malvarrosa neighbourhood and universities, it has all the services such as: bus stops, supermarkets, numerous restaurants and leisure venues.

-Spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofa, smart TV-HD, rectangular table for 2 people, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, air conditioning with large windows.

It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen utensils: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel and shampoo. Coffee capsules and a 1.5l mineral water bottle.

Clean new renovated apartment very close to the beach. Great location and value for your money!
Service was very good and things that we missed were resolved very quickly by the staff. The only thing that we missed were things like a place in the bathroom to hang the towels and a dish cloth. Other than that our stay was wonderful.
