Beautiful single-family home with approx. 120 m², 5 rooms, and a large garden, accommodating up to 7 people.
This cozy, detached vacation home offers plenty of space on two levels and is located in a quiet residential area north of Westerland. The Weststrand beach is only about 650 m away and within walking distance. The house stands out for its spacious floor plan with four bedrooms and its beautiful, mature, and lush garden. In the winter of 2025/2026, numerous pieces of furniture were replaced, giving the Amselhaus its very own charm—enhanced by some antique pieces—and now offering even more comfort for guests.
On the first floor, in addition to a spacious entryway with a coat closet.
The enclosed and well-equipped kitchen-diner is perfect for cozy cooking and game nights with family and friends. The centerpiece is the large wooden dining table with a corner bench, which offers plenty of seating space.
The approximately 30 m² living room features two floor-to-ceiling windows, a sofa area with several armchairs, a TV, and a tiled stove. An additional reading nook and the view of the green garden invite you to enjoy cozy get-togethers. From here, you have direct access to two sunny terraces (facing south and west), high-quality garden furniture, teak lounge chairs, and a Sylt beach chair. The fully fenced-in garden is ideal for playing and relaxing.
Bedroom 1: Single bed with a built-in closet and a small desk, which also allows for remote work while on vacation.
Bathroom 1: Walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and window.
Utility room with separate entrance: Washing machine and dryer for personal use, as well as storage and shelving space for luggage and supplies.
A staircase with a handrail leads from the hallway to the spacious upper floor.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, built-in closet, and window. A writing desk allows for remote work while on vacation.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, closet, TV, and window. A small desk allows you to work remotely while on vacation.

Location: This vacation home is located in the northern part of Westerland in a quiet residential area. Weststrand Beach is only about 650 m away and within walking distance. In just a few minutes by bike or on foot, you can reach grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants. The downtown area of Westerland—which includes numerous shopping options, a movie theater, and a recreational pool—is also easily accessible on foot or by bike.
