About this house rental
Beautiful single-family home with approx. 120 m², 5 rooms, and a large garden, accommodating up to 7 people.
This cozy, detached vacation home offers plenty of space on two levels and is located in a quiet residential area north of Westerland. Weststrand Beach is only about 650 m away and within walking distance. The house stands out for its spacious floor plan with four bedrooms and its beautiful, mature, and lush garden. In the winter of 2025/2026, numerous pieces of furniture were replaced, so that the Amselhaus—now complemented by some antique pieces—has its very own charm and offers even more comfort for guests starting immediately.
On the first floor, in addition to a spacious entryway with a coat closet.
The enclosed and well-equipped kitchen-dining area is perfect for cozy cooking and game nights with family and friends. The centerpiece is the large wooden dining table with a corner bench, which offers plenty of seating space.
The living room, approximately 30 m² in size, features two floor-to-ceiling windows, a sofa area with several armchairs, a TV, and a tiled stove. An additional reading nook and the view of the green garden invite you to enjoy cozy get-togethers. From here, you have direct access to two sunny terraces (facing south and west), high-quality garden furniture, and teak lounge chairs, as well as a Sylt beach chair. The fully fenced-in garden is perfect for playing and relaxing.
Bedroom 1: Single bed with a built-in closet and a small desk, which also allows for remote work while on vacation.
Bathroom 1: Walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and window.
Utility room with separate entrance: Washer and dryer for personal use, as well as storage and shelving space for luggage and supplies.
A staircase with a handrail leads from the hallway to the spacious upper floor.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, built-in closet, and window. A writing desk allows you to work remotely while on vacation.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, closet, TV, and window. A small desk allows you to work remotely while on vacation.

Location: This vacation home is located in the northern part of Westerland in a quiet residential area. The Weststrand beach is only about 650 m away and within walking distance. In just a few minutes by bike or on foot, you can reach grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants, and Westerland’s downtown—which features numerous shopping options, a movie theater, and a recreational pool—is also quickly accessible on foot or by bike.
