The main level features an open-plan living and dining area with large glass panels framing the sea, a stylish eco-fireplace, and a fully equipped marble-topped kitchen. Five spacious bedrooms are distributed over both floors:
Three bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling panoramic sea views
Two skylight atrium bedrooms, filled with natural light
Each bedroom is paired with beautifully stone-faced bathrooms, offering a total of six bathrooms for ultimate comfort. A dedicated laundry room ensures convenience throughout your stay.
Outdoors, the villa truly shines. A 40 m² freshwater swimming pool blends seamlessly with the horizon, while a 21 m² seawater children’s pool offers safe enjoyment for younger guests. The pergola-covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, complete with a built-in grill, invites long alfresco evenings, surrounded by palm trees, soft lighting, and sunset views.
