About this villa rental
Anemomylos villas are located at a marvelous place with breathtaking uninterrupted views of the sea. It has 2 large private pools which are heated and with a jacuzzi. The closest beach is only 5 km away, where you can also find restaurants, taverns, cafes bars, and intense nightlife. Only 18 km away is the biggest city of Crete, Heraklion where you can find everything you like.

The apartment is a maisonette with a ground floor 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning, TV, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed & 1 single Bed, and a kitchen with electric appliances such as a cooker, fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc., living room, Patio no Balcony
•A communal play area of 100 sqm on the ground level of the villa with direct access to the pool, where you can also have dinner or lunch all together. There is a Smart TV, a ping pong table, a football table, music, etc
•Outside Area:
-Secure Parking for more than 6 cars
-Protected BBQ area from the wind along with kitchen and a dining table
-Tennis court
-2 Swimming pools
-Different places to relax under a shade or under the sun along with sun beds, umbrellas, dining tables, or exterior sofas
ATTENTION:
-The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age of 25 years old.
-Both pools can be heated with an extra charge of 450 euros per week or 200 euros per 3 day stay. Extra charge is to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
-19 people sleep in real beds and the rest up to 23 will use the sofas that are situated in each one of the apartments
*Considering Weddings and Events the below rules apply.
-Common quiet hours for music are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.
After 23:00 the music should be low or play music indoors.

We had an incredible stay at Villas Anenomilos. we stayed for one week however could have stayed a lot longer. The facilities at the villa are perfect, you have everything you need. The sunset each night was amazing.
We rented a vehicle but the local taxi company was also very reliable whenever we needed it, despite there being 18 of us. There are beautiful beaches nearby with bars and restaurants.
Our host was very friendly and let us stay beyond the normal check out time as we had a late flight that evening.

Myself and my family (19 in total) stayed here in July / August. The villa and grounds are lovely.
The hosts were very nice and made check in / out very easy.
As the villa is comprised of 4 completely separate apartments, it was difficult to cook for a large group, we had to cook in the kitchens in each apartment and then bring food & drink down etc, it's a pity there's not a proper kitchen in the communal area as this would have made things much easier.
The property manager was excellent, he arranged such things as a chef to come and cook for us, a boat trip and made restaurant reservations, all of which were excellent.
Just a note, if you're following sat nav to the villa, it may try and take you up a gravel road on your right when you're approx a mile away. I would highly recommend that you ignore it and carry on along the tarmac road. The gravel road is extremely steep and our people carrier couldn't get up it without unloading all the passengers and luggage!
All in all a good stay.

We have just spent a fabulous week at Villas Anenomilos. 3 families together, with 6 adults and 8 kids across 11 - 17 age range. We werent quite sure whet to expect but all our hopes were surpassed. Easy location to access beaches, shops, cultural sites; very friendly and flexible host; facilities on site were excellent; great views - the perfect venue for a large/mixed group holiday. We will be back!
