About this villa rental
"Agnanti" villas consist of 5 modern spacious houses ( 1. Erofili, 2. Triantafillos, 3. Galini, 4. Anemelia, 5. Anemelia 2.) The houses are in a quiet area, 1km far from the village of Agia Pelagia and 21 km far from capital city of Crete, Heraklion. They are near to sea and they have breathtaking view at the gulfs of Agia Pelagia. The well-lit houses are accordingly decorated in order to provide comfort, luxury and access to disabled people. The villas can accommodate 1-25 guests all year round and have comfortable living rooms including a fireplace, air-condition in the bedrooms, satellite TV (2 sets) , sound system, fully equipped luxurious kitchens, bathrooms with bathtubs, laundries and hair dryers. They are decorated with paintings from well-known galleries combined with carefully chosen furniture and fabrics that give the houses harmony and warmth. The comfortable bedrooms have romantic atmosphere.
The exterior area is exclusively beautiful and carefully decorated with beautiful gardens, warm corners, stone benches and paths overlooking the natural beauty of the mountain and the sea. The large private pool (100m2), which is tailored for use of people of any age, will pleasantly refresh you in hot summer days. To keep all the above in excellent condition, at the property there is a person who takes care them and who can help you if you need anything. Feel secure from all aspects.

We were there with a big family of 21 people (age 11-88 most of them adults). We loved the well maintained pool and garden and houses. The owner was fantastic, super kind and helpful and quick to respond with everything we needed and with a translator app and the owner's sister we were able to overcome the language differences. There is a beautiful terrasse with a large table that we had our meals together at. It was end of October and we were super lucky with the weather to be able to have all meals outside. we also spend time at the pool and even swam in the pool and spent time at the multiple little outdoor spaces around the house and garden. With 21 people, mainly adults, we got to the limits of the different bedrooms, because some of them were a little better than others to accommodate the different family members. For the majority of the group it worked, but 2 more bedrooms or 2-3 people less would have made it more comfortable. We have done this family vacation now for several years and can honestly say, that this was the house that was the best in terms of the location with the stunning views, the welcoming host, the well maintained garden and pool and that this is definitely one of the top places we have stayed at as a large family group. This fabulous accomodation was perfect for our extended family holiday. With families coming from Australia and Sweden, this spectacular property was ideal for our intergeneration group to relax, connect and have fun. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was very friendly and welcoming. The property is very well maintained, communication with the owner is excellent and being able to have different living spaces with an exceptional common dining and pool area was perfect. Nearby villages and beaches are very easy to reach with car making self catering a breeze and providing lots of entertainment options for everyone. Flying into Heraklion and driving to the property was easy and day trips around Crete satisfied the adventurers among us although you could stay the whole week at the property never get tired of the view. The host arranged a catered dinner for us on our last night and it was amazing. We highly recommend this accomodation. The cousins (3-16yo) had a great time, so did the adult siblings and their spouses. Even the grandparents loved it!
