Important Information:
Your stay includes a daily electricity allowance of 35 kW. Any additional consumption may incur a charge at checkout. For optimal comfort and energy efficiency, please switch off the air conditioning whenever you leave the unit.
If you would like extra housekeeping during your stay, an additional cleaning service is available for $50 USD or 1,000 MXN. Contact the host in advance, and we will gladly arrange it for you.
Please note that Puerto Vallarta’s summer season (July–September) typically brings heavier rainfall and increased insect activity. This is a normal part of the tropical climate and something to consider when planning your stay.

Grand Venetian Building Rules (Please Read Before Booking)
• All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Only registered names submitted to the building administration will be granted access.
• A completed registration form must be presented at the security gate upon arrival. Entry will be denied without this document.
• Building wristbands are mandatory and must be worn at all times to access common areas, including pools, gym, restaurant, beach areas, and tennis courts. A replacement fee of $2,000 MXN applies for lost wristbands.
• Noise must be kept at reasonable levels. Excessive noise or repeated complaints may result in fines or suspension of electricity service.
• Glass containers are strictly prohibited in all pool and pool-deck areas. Fines apply for violations.
• Pool contamination (including vomiting or defecation) will result in an automatic $10,000 MXN cleaning fine issued by building management.
• Garbage must be disposed of properly using the designated trash chutes. Leaving trash in hallways or common areas will result in fines.
• Luggage carts and grocery carts must be returned immediately after use (within 1 hour).
• Do not allow water from jacuzzis, pools, or plants to spill over balconies. Fines apply for violations.
• Nothing may be thrown, dropped, or swept off balconies, including cigarette butts, debris, or trash.
• Parking rules must be strictly followed:
- No saving parking spaces
- Vehicles must be parked fully within marked lines
- Disabled parking spaces require proper identification
• Pets are not permitted for guests, in accordance with building policy.
All fines issued by Grand Venetian for rule violations are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged accordingly.
