The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re winding down after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this serene space welcomes you with open arms. Is a heaven for kids with a full premium play yard trundle twin beds and a fun pool with amenities. We are so close to mayor hospitals and the UofA that is the perfect place for medical professionals and or family visiting. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Bring the whole family or your self to this great place with lots of room for fun or unwind. Stylish modern ranch with upgraded appliances, Non-heated swimming pool, back room (5) room, premium full sized kids play yard, expansive patio,(with concrete and turf, grill, fire pit, citrus garden, 2 pet corridors) to escape from the routine in a tranquil retreat. 4 min from 2 mayor hospitals St Josephs and TMC. 3 min from park place mall, 10 min from mayor hiking paths. We have a 2 night minimum for booking specially on weekends. No loud music after 10pm, except on the new years eve of course. Is also 8-15 min from the university of arizona depending on the traffic. Is on the bike lane and a family friendly neighborhood. extra bedding available upon request per guest fee of 150$ to accommodate up to 18-22 sleeping guest. Extended stays are welcomed. Perfect for kids and family gatherings. Pet friendly home ( extra fee for fur friends)

This was a fabulous place for our 12 family members to stay to celebrate my granddaughter’s graduation from UA. The spacious greatroom was always busy with its big, bright, welcoming kitchen, dining and living space. The foosball table was a hit with the kids and adults. The outdoor space was just lovely. Lots of covered area with seating to stay out of the sun along with artificial turf and a glistening pool in the yard. There were 4 big wooden chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing. The 2-person swing was relaxing. We didn’t have any little ones in our group but the play area - including slides and swings, was adorable. The cleanliness got a less than perfect score as we noticed several of the beds didn’t have mattress pads on them and the sheets went directly onto the mattresses. Some pillowcases were missing from pillows too. Our bare feet also got dirty inside the house, so I think additional mopping is neededRaquel was very quick to respond to our needs and had pillowcases delivered along with a few miscellaneous items. The blinds were broken in one room. Her sweet mom came over to try and fix them. The casita housing the 5th bedroom was loved by my 22 year old grandson and my granddaughter’s uncle. They could have peace and quiet and get away from the crowd. There was a very popular toilet that you entered outside the casita. A sink was right outside as well. All in all a wonderful place for a crowd. Centrally located too! We made multiple Costco runs.

This was my very best short term rental experience. It was the Perfect house for our group, accessible and flexible host, we had everything we needed. Cozy and inviting, just felt like home. Thanks Raquel!!!

I had my daughter's 21st birthday weekend at this home and we had a great time! Convenient location to the places we needed to go, ample parking for 4 vehicles (off street)
