About this house rental
This is a gorgeous hilltop estate. Perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, work trips, r&r by the pool, and much more. This estate comes with a 3 car garage, private in ground pool, lots of space to stretch your arms and enjoy some r&r central ac, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry room, 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, stretched out over 5,000 square feet with travertine and porcelain throughout with some carpeted bedrooms. This includes the the main house, guest house and bridal suite… in addition to this is the pool and hot tub.
This beautiful home sits on top of a hill overlooking the Sonoran desert. Travertine flooring throughout and 12 foot ceilings. This place is setup for relaxation.
The main master suite has 2 separate vanities, 2 large walk in closets, a walk in shower and a spa tub. Too many bedrooms and bathrooms to list... Lots to see and enjoy throughout the home and far too many options to list.
Guest access
The entire home is at your service. The main house is accessible from the garage, as is the guest house. Both houses have a front door and also the back sliders to the patio overlooking the Sonoran desert.
The pool is open year round, however it is not normally heated. Please inquire as to pricing to heat the pool. Pool heating is $175/day with a 3 day minimum. 85F
The jacuzzi is controlled onsite with a 1 hour timer for heated and Jets. The pool light and the jacuzzi lights are also on 1 hour timers for your enjoyment and convenience. For reservations over 8 people there is an additional nightly price point of $25/person/night.

Great house with lots of room for all. Backyard and pool were awesome! Love the views and watching all the critters.
