About this house rental
One of a kind home in the heart of Tucson built for entertaining.
Walking distance to the University of Arizona campus (all sporting events) as well as to 4th Avenue and Downtown. Good for large family gatherings, reunions, parents weekends, homecoming, major sporting events (Football and Basketball on campus), art fairs, etc.
Rooftop deck with hot-tub and built-in seating with 360 degree views of Tucson. The house has 6 bedrooms and 9 queen beds sleeping 18 comfortably as well as couch space for an additional 3. The house features two family rooms, each with bar and stools. In the rear family room, you can find a multi level viewing area with a loft above the bar.
In addition, there are family friendly games such as corn hole and large jenga to enjoy on the rooftop deck while utilizing the large grill and hot-tub.
The airport is 15 minutes away and the house has space for 5 cars in the driveway.

The house was perfect for everyone. Plenty of beds! Plenty of room! Kitchen is very spacious and good for family cooking. Plenty of bathrooms lol. Games and such to enjoy. Good location within walking distance to a lot of stuff to do. After sight seeing I really was looking forward to the hot tub which was a disappointment. Smelled very old watery and green looking. We planned to grill on Saturday night as the up top deck was very roomy and nice! Now … the bbq pit was absolutely nasty and we had to buy things to clean it before being able to use it but it did work and was great after a deep cleaning!Overall would stay here again with our group of 14 from 8 months - 62 years old for zoo and other local shopping!
